Mango crisp~
Overview
Yesterday I had a little extra skin on the wontons, so I wrapped some mango and fried them. It’s simple and easy to make, crispy on the outside and sweet and glutinous on the inside. You can change the fruit. I’ve wrapped bananas before, and the ripe bananas are so sweet and fragrant when fried.

Steps
-
Prepared wonton wrappers and mango (slice the mango with a knife and take out the mango flesh directly to avoid washing dishes)
-
Place mango chunks in the middle of a wonton wrapper and dip some water around the wrapper.
-
Fold one side of the skin toward the middle.
-
Fold the other half and press gently with your hands to seal it.
-
Do everything in turn.
-
Fry mango crisps in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan (as long as the skin is cooked and crispy)
-
You can also fry it directly and take it out of the pan as soon as the skin changes color (you don’t have to worry about the filling when wrapping the fruit)
-
Use kitchen paper to absorb the oil.
-
Plating.
