1. 1 Pan-fried spotted halberd skin, please refer to the previous two articles for instructions on how to make the mango layer

   

2. 2 Dice the mango, you can make it a little larger, I cut it into smaller pieces for the phyllo

   

3. 3 Whip the sweet cream vertically at low speed until the volume doubles

   

4. 4 Take a piece of skin, a spoonful of cream, a spoonful of mango and another spoonful of cream, and fold them like a quilt

   

5. 5 Cut into both sides of the pie

   

6. 6 Refrigerate for one hour

   

7. 7 Finished product
