Bacon Pastry Roll
Overview
The Indian flying pancake sent by a friend has a scallion flavor. It is really delicious when rolled with a few strips of bacon and grilled. The bacon is charred and the pastry is crispy. It is so enjoyable.

Spread bacon on pancakes.

One by one, they overlap.

Roll the three pancakes into a cylinder and place in the refrigerator.

Freeze hard enough and cut into 1 cm thick slices.

Place in baking pan. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, turn the heat up and down, and bake on the middle rack for 15 minutes.

The fat is basically baked out, and it's especially crispy.
