I usually make celery and peanuts for my family. Today I saw the Cuicui bitter melon that was particularly attractive, so I made it with it. Unexpectedly, when it was ready, the whole family said it was delicious

Ingredients: One bitter melon, one pot of water-soaked peanuts

First add some salt, pepper, and one or two star anise to the peanuts and cook them

Cut bitter melon into small cubes

Pour into a pot of boiling water and blanch for about 2 minutes, take it out

Cooked bitter gourd and peanuts are placed in a basin

Pour in appropriate amount of mustard oil

Just mix the sesame oil and it’s ready
