In the hot summer, I don’t have much appetite, so I try my best to make some cool and delicious desserts. On Sunday, I made several desserts—milk-flavored pumpkin paste, honey-flavored milk-flavored black tea, and purple sweet potato and peanut sago. Prepare materials

Soak the peanuts in warm water for 4 hours and then peel them. Peel the purple sweet potatoes and cut them into small pieces

Boil water in a pot, add sago, stir for two minutes and then soak for 1 and a half hours

Put peanuts, purple sweet potato and rock sugar in a casserole, add water to cover the last two inches of the ingredients, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 and a half hours

Add the soaked sago and simmer for another half an hour
