Cheese Baked Bread Crab
Overview
This dish was cooked by my daughter, and I was responsible for taking photos and recording it. My daughter also likes to cook delicious food, and she is very talented. There are many dishes that I have never cooked before, but she is very familiar with them. In the past, my family used to steam or stir-fry crabs, but this time she made an innovation of baking them, which really has a unique flavor. The mashed potatoes are wrapped in shreds of crab meat, which is soft and fragrant. The cheese has melted and exudes a strong milky aroma. Eat it while it's hot!
