Overview
Making your own nougat is a pleasure, it’s full of ingredients and doesn’t contain any chemical additives. I really enjoy the joyful feeling in the making process. I find that I can give a homemade nougat to a friend I like, especially when packaging the candies. The joy is indescribable. Every bit of love is melted into every candy. I enjoy it! I feel so good^_^

Materials required: marshmallows, peanuts, butter, milk powder.
-
Place 400 grams of peanuts in the microwave and cook over high heat for 3 to 4 minutes until cooked. Remove the peanut skins and set aside.

In a non-stick pan, melt 140 grams of butter over low heat.
-
Add the melted butter to the marshmallows and stir over low heat until the marshmallows melt and completely blend with the oil.

Add 400 grams of milk powder and mix continuously. (Keep the fire low throughout)
-
Finally, add 400 grams of peanuts, turn off the heat, and stir thoroughly with a spatula while hot to form a dough.
-
Pour the sugar mass onto the silicone mat and spread it with a spatula while it's still hot.
-
Use a rolling pin to roll the sugar ball into thick slices about finger height and wait for it to cool.
-
Cut the cooled sugar slices into small square strips 4 to 5 cm long with a knife.
-
Then wrap each candy with glutinous rice paper and sugar paper to complete.
