I posted an article about black sesame paste before, but I actually made peanut butter at the same time, and it was widely praised~ Peanut butter and black sesame paste are not the same. Black sesame seeds are not peeled, so pure black sesame seeds will have the sourness of the skin. Peanut butter is peeled, and the fat content of peanuts is relatively high in this province.
