Prepare ingredients

Wash and peel yellow peaches

Remove the core and cut into pieces (whatever size you like)

Put it into the pot, add rock sugar and lemon juice

Add water (just enough to cover the yellow peaches)

Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let cool.
