Have a pack of shrimp crackers ready.

Pour more oil into the pot and heat it to 60% heat.

Quickly add the shrimp slices, use chopsticks to turn quickly and continuously, and keep the heat low.

Put it in the pot while frying, and keep turning it over. When the shrimp chips are swollen and foamy, they are ready and can be taken out.
