lemon honey

Overview

The limes grown on my mother-in-law's balcony have been harvested, and a dozen of them were picked fresh. I bought a bottle of wild chrysanthemum honey that day, washed the limes and soaked them in honey. We all like lemon honey like this, and it is very convenient to drink. Just pick up a few slices of lemon, spoon two spoons of honey, add some cold water, stir it twice and enjoy it. It is very delicious.

1. 1 Prepare honey and lime.

   

2. 2 Rinse the limes with water and add an appropriate amount of salt.

   

3. 3 Scrubbing back and forth, the main purpose is to remove dust. After scrubbing, rinse with tap water.

   

4. 4 Remove the ends from the lemons and slice them into slices.

   

5. 5 Sterilize the glass bottle with boiling water, then add a layer of lemon slices.

   

6. 6 Pour in a layer of honey, then place a layer of lemon slices, and so on.

   

7. 7 Until the lemon slices are used up, soak the lemon slices in honey and store them in the refrigerator's fresh-keeping layer after preparation. When drinking, take out a few lemon slices, spoon two spoons of honey, and rinse with boiling water.
