Grilled anchovies is a fish dish featuring anchovies as the main ingredient and featuring barbecue.

Clean the anchovies and open (like a book).

Take a bowl and add olive oil, capers, lemon zest, coriander, minced garlic, bread crumbs and stir together evenly to make the filling.

Spread a little of the filling on each anchovy.

Roll anchovies into a roll.

Place anchovies on greased baking sheet and sprinkle remaining bread crumbs evenly over top.

Bake in oven for 8-10 minutes (180°C) and serve.
