  1. Three handfuls of radishes, each one as big as spicy, washed and picked.

  2. Cut into 3-4 mm slices, basically 5 cuts per piece.

  3. Add salt and sugar, mix well, and put in the refrigerator to cool for half an hour.

  4. Cut the pickled pepper into sections and add a few heads of whole garlic.

  5. Pour out the water from the radish, stir in pickled pepper, garlic, rice vinegar or white vinegar, and marinate in the refrigerator for more than an hour.
