Preparation materials: two flying pancakes and two bananas (I only used one).

Cut the banana into small pieces, leave the cake at room temperature to soften, sprinkle some flour on it, and roll it out slightly with a rolling pin.

Cut the rolled pancake in half with a knife, put the banana pieces on top of the pancake, then fold it in half, press the edges with a fork, and cut two slits in the middle to prevent it from expanding during baking.

Brush the prepared banana pie with egg wash. Preheat the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 18 minutes. Please adjust the heat according to your oven.
