Overview
The double potato mashed potatoes are appetizing and digestible, and are very anti-greasy. Remove the chopped pistachios and coriander leaves from the mashed potatoes, it is also a good baby food!

Peel the potatoes and cut into thick strips. Set aside.

Also peel the sweet potatoes, cut into thick strips, and set aside.
