Homemade Tahini
Overview
I have bought sesame paste for many years, especially in recent years, it has become more and more expensive. The slightly cheaper one is a mixed one with peanuts added in. It does not have the aroma of pure sesame paste. Children love to eat sesame sauce pancakes, and adults also love shabu-shabu and cold dishes. A large bottle was gone in a short time. Sometimes I thought about making my own, but I finally pulled out the weeds that had grown for a long time! In fact, the key step in making sesame paste is to fry the sesame seeds. They should not be half-cooked or overcooked. Just fry them until they are slightly brown and cooked. If you are really not sure, you can try it. The sauce made from fried sesame seeds will be fragrant enough!
