Ginger pea sprouts
Overview
Yesterday I went to PARKnSHOP supermarket and accidentally saw pea sprouts for sale. This thing is really rare. I used to eat it often when I was at home. Especially like the taste of it. But many people don’t like to eat it. I love it very much. Shredded ginger and stir-fried. It tastes really delicious. It makes no sense to like it.

Wash the pea shoots and soak them in salt water for 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Cut the ginger into shreds and have it ready.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger until fragrant.

Add the pea shoots and stir-fry for a minute.

Add a little salt.

A small amount of light soy sauce. Stir fry for a few times and it's ready to serve.
