Sterilize the bottle of mango syrup. (It can be steamed or boiled. Turn it upside down and dry it in the sun.)

Remove the mango pulp and set aside.

Put water and rock sugar in a pot and bring to a boil. (Adequate amount of rock sugar, if less, you can add it later.) After the water boils, add the mango.

After the water boils, add diced mango and cook over high heat for 3-4 minutes, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 5-8 minutes (depending on the size of the diced mango, do not boil until it melts.) During this period, you can taste it and add rock sugar to adjust the sweetness to your liking.

After bottling, close the cap and place it upside down (heat expansion and contraction are used to make the bottle mouth more sealed).

Let cool and store in refrigerator. (Finally, of course, put the bottle upright in the refrigerator)
