1. 1 Wash half of the live ear and tear it into small pieces

   

2. 2 Soak peach gum and saponin rice for about ten hours in advance and wash well

   

3. 3 Add water to the soup pot and put in the washed live ears, peach gum and saponin rice. Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for half an hour. Add an appropriate amount of rock sugar and simmer for about 5 minutes until the rock sugar dissolves
