Pineapple Sago
Overview
Recently, I have become obsessed with sago, and I can’t wait to just grab the same ingredients and make it. When I opened the refrigerator, I saw that the pineapple had been sitting there for a few days and it was today!

Soak the sago in water for about 20 minutes. Put 1 liter of water in the pot and bring to a boil. Put the sago into the pot and cook until transparent. Remove the sago. Rinse the sago with cold water until it is completely cool and put it in a container.

Peel the pineapple, cut into small pieces, soak in light salt water for a few minutes, remove and drain.

Set aside some pineapple chunks for a final garnish and put the rest in a juicer to juice.

Pour the pineapple juice over the sago and garnish with pineapple chunks.
