  1. Wash the fresh chestnuts and cut small slits on the back with scissors. Originally, I used a knife to cut it, but found that the risk factor was relatively high.

Put 15g of sugar in a small bowl, add a little water, and after it dissolves, use a brush to evenly brush the shelled chestnuts, then bake in the oven for five minutes.
