Prepare crispy yellow peaches.

Peel off the skin.

Remove the core.

Cut the yellow peach into four pieces.

Add 5 grams of salt and soak in water for 15 minutes.

Add water and 50 grams of rock sugar to the pot. Boil the water and melt the rock sugar. Add the yellow peach.
