Overview

As a Northeasterner, I have eaten less seafood since I was a child. When I went to the south and I am not in Lianyungang in Jiangsu, I still had less seafood. But I love scallops so much. The scallops I bought online were as big as my palm (not counting my fingers). I received them yesterday when it rained heavily. I immediately bought them after receiving them. It’s time to clean up. I’ve baked 10 of them since last night, but I kept forgetting to take pictures. I just thought I’d be sorry for the audience, so I cooked two of them. They were all eaten in less than two minutes after baking, not even the soup and garlic at the bottom were left.   10. Set the upper and lower racks of the oven to 235 degrees (the maximum temperature of my oven) and bake on the lower rack for 20 minutes. It’s so delicious! It’s not easy for me to hold back from taking pictures before eating!
