Overview

Peel the durian and mash it into a filling, then take the tart shell out of the refrigerator and put it in the greenhouse to soften. Then dig the mashed durian filling into the egg tart shell with a spoon and gently fold it in half with your hands. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees, then put the wrapped durian in the oven and bake it for 15 minutes. Take it out of the oven, remove the tin foil, brush the surface with egg liquid, sprinkle with black sesame seeds, and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.

  6. After 15 minutes, take out the oven and apply a thin layer of egg wash! Sprinkle with black sesame seeds and bake in the oven for 25 minutes!
