Potato Bacon Pizza
Overview
Pizza is my son's favorite Western food. The key is to eat more vegetables. Today I used a whole potato. This pizza is nutritious enough.

Prepare flour and dissolve yeast in warm water

Add flour, yeast, a little oil, some salt and make a dough. Refrigerate and ferment overnight

Wash the broccoli, slice the potatoes, and cut the bacon into two sections

Fry the potato slices until medium rare

Blanch broccoli and set aside

Spread the risen dough in the pizza pan

Use a fork to prick the eyes

Spread a layer of pizza sauce

Spread a layer of cheese

Put the potato slices on top

Put another layer of bacon and garnish with broccoli

Sprinkle another layer of cheese on top

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes and take it out of the oven
