Grilled Jackfruit
Overview
My mother-in-law brought home a piece of jackfruit, and my new oven just arrived, so I tried to make a baked dried fruit. First time baking, not bad. When baking, I referred to some recipes for baked dried apples~ The roasted jackfruit is sweeter and a little crispy. Compared with the dried jackfruit sold on the market, I feel that this one is more authentic and tastes more authentic!

Apply some oil to the knife, cut out the jackfruit, and take out the jackfruit seeds.

After preheating the oven to 200 degrees for 5 minutes, set the upper and lower heat to 180 degrees for the middle layer and the lower layer, and adjust the time to 60 minutes.

After baking for 15 minutes, remove the jackfruit and flip it over.

Bake the jackfruit seeds for 15 minutes, then take them out and let them cool before serving.

After flipping, adjust the oven to high heat, 150 degrees, middle layer, continue baking, flip after 20 minutes and put it back in to continue baking.
