Clean the edamame so that it is easier to cut, because the hair on the edamame will make your hands itchy. If you wash it first, the hair will be much less.

Cut off the corners of the two sections with scissors, as shown in the picture, mince the garlic, cut the ginger into thin strips, and mince the spicy millet.
