Double flavor grilled chicken legs

Double flavor grilled chicken legs

Overview

I roasted two whole chicken legs in the air fryer. They were originally two flavors, one Orleans style and one Thai spicy. After baking, the chicken legs were all the same color and I couldn’t tell which one was which... As long as you are willing to do it, you can bake chicken legs at home. As long as you have an air fryer or an oven, it is very simple.

Steps

  1. Wash the chicken legs, rub the skin, and trim off the corners with scissors. You can soak it for half an hour to remove the blood in the meat. Then make a few cuts on the meat without cutting it, and then use a fork to poke some holes, so that it can be easily flavored.

  3. Then put it in a ziplock bag. Do the same with the other chicken leg. Place them together in the refrigerator overnight. It is best to turn them over every once in a while so that they can be marinated evenly.

  4. Place a piece of tin foil on the air fryer and place the chicken legs. The skin should be neatly arranged, otherwise it will not look good after baking. It is recommended to bake skin side down and meat side up first at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.

  5. Turn the chicken legs over, skin side up, and bake for another 5-10 minutes.

  6. The skin of the roasted chicken legs is a little crispy, which is more delicious. The burnt parts on the edges can be cut off.
