Baby's candied haws

Overview

Sometimes when I go to the mall, I often encounter people selling candied haws. I see other children eating it for my son, but I have never bought one for him. It’s hygienic and the materials are one thing. The main reason is that if I buy it, he will definitely be like us who only ate candies from outside when we were children! As a result, yesterday my baby and grandma went to the mall to eat. Sure enough, they only ate candies from outside and their mouths were all sticky... Old people are just too used to raising children! So I went home and did some research. Cut the hawthorn into small pieces so that the hawthorn and sugar can be eaten together... Haha...

Steps

  1. First soak the hawthorn in salt water and then wash it!

  2. Cut the washed hawthorn into small pieces, dig out the core, and remove everything that needs to be dug out! Haha

  3. Turn on the heat, add hot water and two pieces of old rock candy! Boil sugar...

  4. Just cook it until it becomes yellow and thick...

  5. Pour the hawthorn into the sugar pan and stir quickly!

  6. Get out of the pot! It feels good!

  7. When my son woke up from his nap and saw... he was so excited that he shouted, "Mom, look at the candied haws on a stick!" It was cut like this and you could tell it was a candied haws on a stick... It really made my mother happy! Haha...
