Plum and chestnut
Overview
Yesterday I went to the supermarket and saw chestnuts. They were so round and cute, so I couldn't help but buy some. In fact, this method was taught to me by my classmate’s mother. I remember that the first time we heard the plum-flavored chestnut, my other roommates and I were a little surprised, thinking that the combination of the two would be weird. But when I tasted it later, I was a little surprised. I tried making it today. The method is simple but the taste is good.

Prepare materials (Hua Mei chooses the most original Xian Hua Mei)

Soak the chestnuts in water for half an hour in advance

Cut a slit in each chestnut

Put all the chestnuts and plums into the pressure cooker, add water to cover the chestnuts. Cover the pot and bring to high heat, then turn to medium heat and press for 15 minutes
