Thaw the tart crust slightly

Take it out and knead it into dough

Roll into thin slices

Then roll it up sideways. Roll up from right to left

Press down and roll out into a dough piece about 21cm thick

Cut into rectangles

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. Mine deformed after baking directly. (The plastic surgery was not done well and problems occurred later, haha)

Put the chocolate directly into the piping bag

Dissolve in hot water

The nuts I used were pistachios, crushed

Then cut a small opening in the piping bag, trim the baked puff pastry into a rectangular shape with a knife (because it deformed during baking), then squeeze a layer of chocolate sauce and sprinkle with a layer of chopped nuts. If possible, you can pour the chocolate liquid directly on the shortbread and then sprinkle the nuts. I only have one piece of chocolate at home, so I just use a piping bag to pipe it in (white chocolate is the best match for pine cones, and I’m out of stock at home)
