Yogurt grilled chicken wings

The method was done after watching the Miaopai video. It is a very healthy method, but it was already evening after I finished it, and the light was not good, so the photo was not very good.

Each chicken wing should be cut several times like this to better absorb the flavor.

Add all the adjustments except butter. There is no curry powder. The curry paste used is two tablespoons of the seasoning spoon.

Wear gloves and grasp evenly with your hands. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. I marinated it in the morning and cooked it in the afternoon.

Coat the marinated chicken wings with dry flour and place them on a baking sheet lined with tin foil. Place a small mound of butter on each wing, not too much. Preheat the middle rack of the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 20 minutes
