Sauce-flavored potatoes
Overview
The potatoes that most people remember most are French fries and potato chips. It is also common to cook with potatoes. There was some barbecue sauce left over from the roasted chicken wings today, so I cut the potatoes at home into strips and used the Supor air fryer to make sauce-flavored potatoes. They were crispy on the outside and floury on the inside. They were crispy and hard, and it was a delicious dish.

Wash potatoes, peel and cut into thick strips, soak in water for 3 minutes;

Take out the potato strips and drain the water;

Mix the barbecue sauce and potato strips evenly;

Flip once halfway; PS: No stirrer is added, need to flip halfway;

Cook the soy-flavored potatoes. If there is no salt in the barbecue sauce, you can add salt and mix well
