Marshmallow version of nougat
Overview
During the Spring Festival this year, I made a lot of nougat. Every time I didn’t bother to taste it myself, I shared it with my relatives and friends. There are also some that continue to come to me after eating~~~ This year they are all made with marshmallows, original flavor, chocolate flavor, etc. I made them three times in total and used about 800 grams of marshmallows. . . Look how capable I am!

Have materials ready. This is original.

If you want to make chocolate or matcha flavor, you can only subtract 5 grams from the milk powder and replace it with cocoa powder or matcha powder.

Pour butter into a non-stick pan, melt over low heat and add marshmallows.

The marshmallows are all melted.

Pour in milk powder. Mix slowly and evenly. Turn off the heat.

Pour in peanuts, almonds and black sesame seeds.

Mix well.

The freshly made sugar is very soft and placed on oil paper.

Cover with parchment paper and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness of about 1 cm.

Let cool and set.

Cut into pieces about 1cm wide and 5cm long.

I made it with some cocoa powder and chocolate flavor.

Wrap it with a layer of glutinous rice paper and then wrap it with sugar paper. (Both glutinous rice paper and candy paper are available on Taobao). The glutinous rice paper can also be omitted.
