Purple rice milk popsicle
Overview
There was some filling left over from the previous recipe for Purple Rice and Grape Buns, so I used it to make popsicles. It’s very simple. Add some simple ingredients such as pure milk and you can make it easily!

Prepare materials

First mix the corn flour into 3 tablespoons of water and mix well. Set aside

Heat the milk in a small pot over low heat until it boils slightly, add the corn flour water

Cook over low heat while stirring until it boils slightly, turn off the heat and let cool to room temperature

Pour an appropriate amount of purple rice and grape filling into the popsicle mold

Pour the milk paste into the popsicle mold with purple rice and grape filling

The prepared popsicles can be placed in the freezer for more than 4 hours until they completely form into hard pieces. When eating, soak the popsicle molds in warm water to remove them
