  1. Use scissors to cut out the roselle flowers.

  2. Soak in water and clean.

  5. Boil the water and add the washed roselle flowers. (Put less water, I put more here)

  6. Add more rock sugar. (Roselle is very sour)

  7. Cook until thick and waterless.

  9. Spread on toast, it's sour and sweet, very delicious.
