Use scissors to cut out the roselle flowers.

Soak in water and clean.

Remove the seeds inside.

Wash again a few more times.

Boil the water and add the washed roselle flowers. (Put less water, I put more here)

Add more rock sugar. (Roselle is very sour)

Cook until thick and waterless.

Store in jars.

Spread on toast, it's sour and sweet, very delicious.
