Black sesame peanut candy

Thanks to Sister Shao for providing the recipe. Because too many people asked, I wrote it down. A few changes: Instead of breaking all the peanuts, I used an electric hand processor to break half more, and retained one-third of the large particles. The crushed peanuts add flavor, and the large peanuts can increase the crispy texture. Added a little salt and a tablespoon of rose jam

Wash the black sesame seeds and stir-fry them. Soak the peanuts in boiling water for two minutes, peel them and roast them at 120° for 30 minutes until they are fragrant but not discolored. Mix sesame peanut salt and mix well

Put rock sugar in a clean iron pot and simmer over low heat. Do not add oil or water. Just roast over low heat until it melts into juice. The color may be slightly darker. Be sure not to boil it until it becomes mushy. Otherwise, it will become bitter, so be sure to use low heat
