Overview

Grilling the edamame was too laborious, so I cut off both ends of the edamame and steamed them directly. It tastes great when paired with various pickles.

  1. Wash the yam and purple sweet potato and divide into pieces.

  2. Place purple sweet potatoes and a piece of yam on the bottom layer of the egg steamer.

  4. Place edamame and yam on the second layer of the egg steamer.
