Homemade white chocolate
Overview
I have never been able to find a recipe for homemade white chocolate online. When I was buying cocoa butter, I communicated with the seller and asked for a recipe. I created a recipe for reference by friends who love health and love hands-on work.

-
Weigh the raw materials. Because most of the powdered sugar you buy contains a small amount of starch to prevent the powdered sugar from clumping, you need to use a food processor to make the powdered sugar this time, and you cannot directly buy powdered sugar from the market.
-
First, crush the white sugar with a food processor, then add the milk powder and continue processing until it is as fine a powder as possible.
-
After melting the cocoa butter in a water bath, add sugar and milk powder, and stir evenly with a spatula.
-
Pour the evenly mixed hot chocolate solution into the mold. Cool and shape at room temperature first, then place in the refrigerator to freeze for 15 minutes and then unmold.
