  3. During this period, peel the potatoes and cut them into thick strips (because 27 likes the taste to be fuller, so the strips are thicker ~ eh~~), and set aside (27 did not soak the potatoes in water, because the color looks better after soaking in water, but the starch of the potatoes will be lost, so you can decide whether to soak them or not according to your personal preference).

  4. After the milk boils, add the potato strips and cook for about 5 minutes. Be sure not to overcook the potato strips! Take it out and the potato strips are slightly translucent, then it's ready. Don't leave the pot for about 3-5 minutes, just check it at any time.

  5. Drain the water from the potatoes, and 27 also use non-removable paper to completely absorb the water.

  6. Seal it well, put it in the freezer overnight, take it out and start frying~

  7. Fry the potato strips until golden brown, then take them out of the pan and put them on the plate. Sprinkle a little salt (27 thinks it’s more delicious to eat them without salt), add tomato sauce, and let’s go!
