Baked French Fries
Overview
High-quality fresh large potatoes are first boiled and then roasted, seasoned with only a little salt and oil. Scrape off a thin layer of skin from the large potatoes;

First cut into about 5mm thick slices, then cut into 5mm thick strips;

Rinse with clean water to remove starch;

Add water and 1 teaspoon of salt to the pot and bring to a boil over high heat;

While waiting for the water to boil, lay a baking sheet with tin foil, spread a layer of olive oil on the tin, about 1 tsp, and set aside;

After the water in the pot boils, add potato strips and blanch for 2 minutes;

Remove and drain the water;

Add 1 teaspoon of olive oil and a little salt to taste, and you can also add other spices according to your own taste;

Spread the potato strips on a baking sheet;

Use the oven to heat up and down, preheat to 230 degrees for 5 or 6 minutes, place on a baking sheet, and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface of the potato strips is golden and charred.
