Chocolate chip cookies
Overview
Cookies are rarely made. Because most biscuits use butter to make them delicious, but butter is high in calories and eating too much will cause fleshiness. So, try to control your mouth. Making this cookie today made me feel so happy. For this biscuit, I used corn oil, added coffee, and used nutritious oil flour bran powder. The finished product is crispy and crispy, which perfectly breaks the saying that biscuits made with vegetable oil are not crispy. I will make biscuits more frequently in the future.

Steps
-
Mix cake flour and powdered sugar.
-
Beat with a whisk to emulsify the sugar and oil. The longer the whipping time is, the better the emulsification will be and the crisper the biscuits will be.
-
After beating, pour in the coffee solution. I used instant coffee, 2 grams of coffee mixed with 25 grams of water.
-
Beat evenly again.
-
Sift in the oatmeal bran.
-
Mix well.
-
Roll the dough into balls of 10 grams per month and place directly on the baking sheet.
-
Use your fingers to flatten the small ball directly and it will crack naturally.
-
Preheat the oven in advance, place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven, heat up and down, 200 degrees, for about 15 minutes.
