I have a nickname: Potato Princess! Haha, this was given to me by a college classmate seven or eight years ago! Yes, I love potatoes, especially shredded potatoes. I almost never get tired of eating them~~~ Recently, I fell in love with mashed potatoes again, so I decided to make them for myself. It’s simple and safe!
