Quick breakfast----Toast pizza

If you can eat a piece of pizza full of toppings on a lazy morning, wouldn't it be a good start to the day? No complicated kneading or busy preparation is required. You can make this quick breakfast toast pizza by just using the ingredients you have at home. The crispy toast edges, rich cheese aroma, and rich fillings are guaranteed to make you fall in love with breakfast.

Preparation materials: Shredded mozzarella cheese, quick-frozen corn kernels, pea kernels, and sliced sausage.

Prepare two slices of toast, preferably thicker toast, so the pizza will be delicious.

Spread tomato sauce on toast slices and spread evenly.

Sprinkle cheese, either in slices or shredded strips, as long as it's a full layer.

Top with sliced sausage slices, corn kernels and peas. (I was just taking pictures and forgot to add the sausage, so I had to add it at the end.)

Sprinkle another layer with remaining cheese.

Place the toast covered with ingredients into a preheated 180-degree oven on the middle rack and heat up and down for 15 minutes.

The temperature of each oven will be different, so it is ok when the edges of the toast are golden and the cheese is melted.

The fillings on the toast can be freely matched according to your own preferences, as long as they are not vegetables with too much water content.
