Fresh and charming (coconut milk osmanthus cake)
Overview
Today happens to be my husband and brother’s birthday, so I wish them good health! All the best! Sending a plate of sweet-scented osmanthus cake represents some of my sincerity. There are many ways to make osmanthus, and with just three things, you can make such an elegant dessert. The thick coconut milk cake exudes a faint scent of osmanthus, which is a very wonderful combination. Super simple method.

Ingredients
Steps
-
.Prepare all materials and rinse the osmanthus.
-
Put 500g water and sugar into the pot to cook the osmanthus. Pour in the sweet-scented osmanthus water to enhance the flavor.
-
Put 250g of water in the plate to boil the fish gelatin powder and mix it into a lake for later use.
-
After the water for boiling the osmanthus has boiled and the sugar has dissolved, pour the water up and pick up the osmanthus (personally, I think just osmanthus water is enough, as it tastes tender and smooth).
-
Pour the sugar water back into the pot.
-
.Add fish gelatin powder and cook while stirring, until the water at the edge of the pot bubbles slightly.
-
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat.
-
After it cools, pour it into a plate, let it cool completely, seal it with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. Frozen osmanthus cake will naturally layer after freezing. (You can eat it the next day if you make it at night).
-
.Cut pieces and place on plate. Fresh, fragrant coconut milk cake.
