Chop the lean meat, add salt, cooking wine and light soy sauce and marinate for 2 minutes. Dice the celery and mushrooms.

Cook the porridge with boiling water. Remember to use boiling water, not cold water, so that the rice oil can be cooked, which is more beneficial to health.

Then put the ingredients in and cook, add a spoonful of sesame oil. (I forgot to take a photo here) Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 3 minutes, then turn off the heat and add a little salt and chicken essence. Paired with a cup of black soy milk, it’s a delicious and nutritious breakfast~
