Second, you need to be able to make ice cream. It's very simple, just add 2 egg yolks and 50 grams of sugar and beat until slightly white. Add 150 grams of warm milk. If it doesn't boil, pour in the beaten egg whites and mix. Too hot milk burns the egg yolks into egg flakes.

Pour the milk and egg yolk mixture into the pot and cook over low heat until cooked through.

Add 150 grams of light cream and mix. You can add some fruit pulp. I added plums and apricot puree in the middle. Crush it with an ice cream machine, freeze it in the refrigerator, and cut it into macaron-sized pieces with a round cutter before eating.

The green color is matcha buttercream. Just beat 100 grams of softened butter, 85 grams of whipping cream, 5 grams of sugar, and 15 grams of matcha powder until smooth, use a piping bag, and pipe on. The reason why the cream frosting is included is to prevent the macaron body from absorbing too much moisture from the ice cream. Affect taste.
