Overview
Hawthorn is good for appetizing and strengthening the spleen. If your child doesn’t like eating it, you have to find a way.

Steps
-
Wash the hawthorn with water.
-
Cut each hawthorn horizontally, remove the core, and chop off both ends.
-
Put the washed hawthorn into a cooking pot and add water. The water should be 3 times the amount of hawthorn. Add rock sugar. Rock sugar can be added according to personal preference. I added about 20g. Turn on the heat, bring to a boil and then simmer
-
Cook until the hawthorn becomes translucent, about 20 minutes
-
It tastes great after being bottled and refrigerated before eating.
