Pineapple and Ham Pizza
Overview
In addition to being eaten as a fruit, pineapple can also be eaten as a vegetable. I used it to make this delicious pizza today and it tasted really good. Sour and sweet, the taste is relatively fresh and refreshing.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Put flour, salt, water and yeast into the basin together
-
After kneading into a smooth dough, add softened butter and continue kneading until a large film can be pulled out
-
Make the dough into a round shape, put it into a bowl, cover it with plastic wrap for basic fermentation
-
When the dough has risen to 2.5 times in size, dip your fingers in dry flour and poke holes in the top of the dough. If it does not collapse or shrink, it means the fermentation is complete
-
Take out the dough, place it on the counter, deflate, and then roll it into a round cake the size of an 8-inch pizza pan, with the edges slightly thicker
-
Put the dough into an 8-inch pizza pan, and poke small holes evenly in the dough with a fork so that the dough can be effectively vented and not deformed when baked; at this time, you can preheat the oven to 200 degrees
-
First spread a layer of tomato sauce, then sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella cheese
-
Arrange the sliced pineapples in sequence, and place a layer of sliced ham on top
-
Put in the middle rack of the preheated oven, 200 degrees, upper and lower heat, bake for 10 minutes
-
After 10 minutes, take out the baking pan, spread a layer of mozzarella cheese on top, and put it back in the oven for another 10 minutes
-
When the cheese is melted and the surface is slightly brown, it is ready to be taken out of the oven
-
Remove the pizza from the pan, cut into pieces, and serve
