Autumn and winter are a good time to eat dates. You can also make dates into date paste to prepare for the date paste cake later.

Remove the pits from the red dates.

Add water to cover the dates.

Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for twenty minutes.

Put the soup into the food processor and start the grinding function.

Place in non-stick pan.

Stir-fry over low heat until the water in the jujube paste dries up and can form a ball.
